Not suited for:
- Dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes to bar, bar muscle-ups etc.
- If you squat /bench heavier than 125kg (maximum load tested).

- Tested load for pull ups = 105kg
- Tested load for squats/bench press = 125kg
- Holes for attachments are 10cm apart.

This product is made by hand in our warehouse here in Melbourne, Victoria. As items are made to order please allow up to a week for manufacturing, as we cut the steel, weld, paint and finish this product all in house.
