Tri Grip weight plates are a great option for exercises with barbells and for exercises with weights. They can be used in simple exercises to challenge yourself. You can add them to push ups, planks, crossovers and many more exercises to challenge yourself and build strength. They are a convenient option for squats, rows and other barbell exercises as they are easy to carry and load onto barbells compared to normal bumper plates.
Weight Plates are sold in sets of 2. Eg. 1 set of 2.5kg weight plates contians 2 x 2.5kg plates.
They fit Olympic barbells with 50mm sleeves.
